Sunbeam S7 Deluxe

1951

  • Sunbeam (John Marston) began producing motorcycles in 1912 until his death in 1919
  • The S7 was designed for BSA by Erling Poppe and marketed under the original Sunbeam name
  • The string of ownership and the condition suggest it has covered less than 800 miles from new – the present reading on the odometer
  • The Sunbeam brand passed through several owners and was eventually purchased by BSA during the second world war
  • This original survivor comes with the original registration book from 1951 and shows its original purchaser to be from Lancashire, England
